THE NEXT MAIN STOP WAS TUSCANY. EVEN THOUGH WE PREFER BEING NEAR THE WATER, LIVING IN THE COUNTRYSIDE HAS ITS CHARM. MY FAMILY AND I LIVED IN A BEAUTIFUL VILLA IN RADDA IN CHIANTI FOR 10 DAYS. WE COOKED, LEARNT HOW TO MAKE PIZZA WITH A REAL PIZZA OVEN, AND WATCHED A LOT OF CHICK FLICKS. THIS WAS WHERE WE DID MOST OF OUR FAMILY BONDING SINCE WE LIVED IN A VERY QUAINT AND QUIET TOWN. IT WAS SO SMALL THAT EVERYONE LIVING THERE KNEW EACH OTHER AND AFTER A FEW DAYS, EVEN WE BECAME FAMILIAR FAMILIAR FACES TO THE LOCALS.

OUR LAST STOP WAS FLORENCE, WHERE WE DID MOST OF OUR SHOPPING. THERE WERE A LOT OF TOURISTS…SO I HAVE TO SAY IT WAS NOT AS ENJOYABLE DUE TO THE CROWD. HOWEVER, WE DID COME ACROSS A FEW BEAUTIFUL CAFES TO SIT AND HAVE A LITTLE PICK-ME-UP. ALSO, A HORSE (SECOND PICTURE) UNLOOSED THE CABOOSE RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME - no film photo available, but there is obviously an iPhone video. BY THE END OF THIS TRIP, I BECAME THE SAUSAGE DOG IN THE LAST PICTURE…BUT A HAPPY ONE.

*UNFORTUNATELY, A LOT OF THE PICTURES TAKEN BY THE CONTAX T2 WERE DOUBLE EXPOSED. I WAS ABLE TO SALVAGE ONLY A FEW OF THEM :(
